Delete your account & data
1. If you have the app: delete in-app (fastest)
Open Topper10 → Settings. What you see depends on whether you ever turned on cloud backup:
- Never signed in to back up your progress. Under Settings → Data, tap “Delete my cloud data” and confirm. This removes the anonymous backup identifier Topper10 created for your device. Your local progress on this device is not touched.
- Signed in with Apple or Google to back up your progress. Under Settings → Data, tap “Delete my account” and confirm. This permanently deletes your account — your online save and the sign-in you used to create it — not just the backed-up data. If Topper10 asks you to sign in again first, that is a one-time security check (Apple/Google require a fresh sign-in before a destructive account action); sign in and the deletion completes automatically. Local progress on your device is not touched.
Either action is immediate and cannot be undone from within the app. It does not uninstall the app or erase your local, on-device progress — Topper10 keeps playing fully offline afterwards.
2. No app installed, or can’t open it: contact us
Email privacy@tezzvo.com from an address you’re comfortable being contacted at, with the subject line “Delete my Topper10 account”. Tell us which sign-in you used (Apple or Google) if you know it — we cannot look up an account by name or email alone, since Topper10 never stores your name and only stores an email address for a linked account, not for browsing. We aim to confirm and complete account-less deletion requests within 30 days.
3. What gets deleted
- Your cloud-saved progress (streak, coins, achievements, Journey position, recent results).
- The account itself — the sign-in identifier and, if you linked Apple or Google, that link (name and email collected only for account management — see the Privacy Policy).
- If you had joined or created a friends leaderboard group: your score rows, your membership, and your group index.
Not deleted by this: progress stored locally on your device (that’s yours to keep or clear via your device settings), and anonymous product-analytics events already recorded before the request — see the Privacy Policy for how to opt out of those going forward.
4. More detail
Full data-collection and retention detail lives in the Privacy Policy, including the “Your rights & how to delete your data” section this page summarises for account deletion specifically.
