How it plays

The daily

One puzzle a day, the same for everyone: a ranked list of highest-grossing films, most-capped players, or tallest buildings. Name all ten before you run out of guesses.

Streaks

Show up each day to extend your streak. Miss a day and it resets to zero. The pull is turning up, not grinding.

Score card

Finish and you get a clean card to share: your score and the category, never the answers. Compare with a friend without spoiling their round.

Packs

Themed challenge packs across film, sport, music, geography, science and more, for when one puzzle a day isn’t enough.

Journey

A longer solo run through curated puzzles that ramp in difficulty, chapter by chapter.

A look at it

A Top 10 puzzle board for “Top 10 most populous US states in the 2020 Census”. California, Texas, New York and Pennsylvania are filled in at ranks 1, 2, 4 and 5 with their populations; ranks 3 and 6 are still masked and rank 7, Ohio, is partly in view. An answer field and a Guess button sit at the bottom.
Five answers in, five still hidden — type a name and it takes its rank.
A dialog over a half-solved daily board asks “Leave today’s puzzle?” and reads “Your progress is saved — you’ll pick up right where you left off.”, with Continue and Leave buttons.
Leave mid-puzzle and pick up right where you left off.
The results screen after a perfect daily, scrolled to the stats: Perfect, a one-day streak, a 10/10 record, no mistakes and no power-ups. Below it a share card with ten gold rank pennants and the category, then the spoiler-free share text: ten green squares, the score, the streak and the date, with no answers.
Share the result, not the answers.

Questions

What is Topper10?

A daily trivia game. Each day there’s one puzzle: a ranked Top 10, and your job is to name every item on it. Guess in any order; a near-miss on the ranking still counts.

Is it free?

Yes. Ads help cover the running costs and are kept light. An ad-free option may come later.

Do I need an account?

No. There’s no sign-up wall — you can play the whole game without ever signing in, and your streak, coins and settings live on your device. Behind that, the app does back your progress up to the cloud automatically, under an anonymous account it makes for itself; you can delete that any time in Settings. Signing in with Apple or Google is the optional part — it’s what lets the backup follow you to a new phone. See the privacy policy for the details.

Which languages?

English, Portuguese (Brazil) and Spanish. The puzzle content follows the language you play in.

Which platforms?

Android first. It’s built from one cross-platform codebase, so iOS and web are on the roadmap.

How does the streak work?

Play the daily puzzle on consecutive days and the streak counts up. Skip a day and it goes back to zero the next time you play.
