Delete your data

Applies to: Crush Sort (Android). Publisher: TEZZVO.

Crush Sort needs no account and keeps your progress on your phone. There are three places data can be, and each has its own way out.

1. If you have the app: delete in the app (fastest)

Cloud backup. If your build offers cloud backup, open Crush Sort → Settings → Data and tap “Delete my cloud data” (or “Delete my account” if you signed in with Google or Apple) and confirm. This deletes the backed-up progress and the anonymous account identifier. Cloud backup then stays off on that device until you turn it back on yourself, and the progress on your phone is not touched. If you signed in, the app may ask you to sign in again first; that is a one-time security check.

Usage data and crash reports. Open Settings and switch off “Share anonymous usage data”. From then on nothing new is collected, events still waiting on the phone are thrown away, and the random install id on the phone is reset. Data already sent is tied only to that random id, not to you.

2. Ask us to delete data already sent

Open Settings → Your data. It shows your analytics ID (while usage data is on) with a copy button, and a “Write to us” button. Send the ID to privacy@tezzvo.com with the subject “Delete my Crush Sort data”, before you switch usage data off if you can (switching off resets the id on the phone, and we cannot search by name or e-mail). We confirm within one month and delete what we can find at our analytics, crash-report and cloud providers. If you made a purchase, add the Google Play order id so we can have the purchase-service record deleted; Google Play keeps its own record under your Google account.

3. No app installed, or you cannot open it

E-mail privacy@tezzvo.com with the subject “Delete my Crush Sort data”. Tell us which sign-in you used (Google or Apple), if any. A player who never signed in has no name or e-mail with us, so there is nothing to search by except an analytics ID; uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes the ids on the phone.

What is not deleted

Progress stored on your phone (yours to keep or clear in Android Settings → Apps → Crush Sort → Storage); the Google Play record of a purchase; and records we must keep for accounting and tax. Deleting does not uninstall the game.

See the Privacy Policy for everything we collect and why.
