Stet
A symptom diary for people living with a chronic condition. Log how today went in under thirty seconds. When your appointment comes, bring one page that covers months.
In testing, not in a store yet. Stet is not on Google Play yet, so there is nothing to download from this page. When it is available, this page will say so and link to it.
The report is the point
Stet turns your entries into a one-page report: how often pain was high, how it changed over the months, how many flare-ups there were and how long they lasted, and how often you took each medication.
The report is a PDF that stays on your phone until you choose to share it, by email, print or any app you use. See the page before you share it, then bring it to your appointment instead of trying to remember three months in twelve minutes.
Rate your pain from 0 to 10, and Stet shows the number with a word, so it reads the same to you and to your doctor. Add the symptoms you have today, the medications you took, and a note if you want one. Large buttons, one hand, a dark theme for the night and a calm Flare mode for the worst days.
A look at it
Your record belongs to you
These are rights, and no plan changes them. Stet’s Data Bill of Rights, in plain words:
You can log, edit, delete and export everything you have written, at any time, with no subscription.
Stet needs no account and works offline from the first day.
Stet never sends your health record anywhere. It stays on your phone, except what you choose to share and, if Android backup is on, the copy in your own Google account’s backup, which you control.
There are no ads, and your data is never sold.
Who it is for
People use Stet as a pain diary and symptom log for fibromyalgia, migraine and headache, endometriosis, POTS, ME/CFS (chronic fatigue syndrome) and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS), among other conditions: anything that comes and goes and is hard to describe when you finally see someone.
What Stet is not
Stet is a diary and a document. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition, and does not give medical advice. The report is a self-reported record kept by you, for the people who care for you.
